The room had a lovely lake view, but the floors felt sticky

We loved the access to the lake, and the heated pool was perfect after a long day of activities! Our kids enjoyed paddleboarding and kayaking right from the beach. The hotel was super convenient with picnic tables and grills to enjoy family meals outdoors. it was a fantastic stay!

I really enjoyed the private beach access and the pool area. My room had a great view of the lake, which made mornings really special. Sandy and Kenneth at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The downside was the lack of housekeeping. We got clean towels delivered promptly, but I noticed the floors in our room could have been cleaner. I had to request a cleaning, and while the staff responded quickly, the overall cleanliness was not up to par. There were a few cigarette butts on the beach that took away from the beauty. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for families, but they need to improve on cleanliness.

Our stay was wonderful, with an easy walk to Million Dollar Beach and just over a kilometer to the charming Shepard Park, making our weekend strolls even more enjoyable. the property also features a private beach area, perfect for some relaxing family time.

the location of lakefront terrace resort is fantastic! it's right next to the lake which is beautiful. the front desk staff was really helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start.

the cleanliness of our room was disappointing.
